I’m Lizel Booyse
A Life Transformation Coach & Neuro Linguistic Programmer
At heart, I’m simply someone who cares deeply about people. I’ve spent years walking alongside the elderly, caregivers, and those who give so much of themselves that they forget to care for their own hearts, body, mind and soul.
Along the way, I’ve learned this:

If you’ve found your way here, maybe life feels heavier than it should. Maybe you’re carrying worries, doubts, or pain that seem too big to hold alone. I want you to know—you don’t have to.
Through online coaching, I create a safe space where you can breathe, lay down what feels too heavy, and slowly begin to see yourself in a new light. Together, we’ll untangle the knots of depression, anxiety, or low self-esteem. We’ll find the words and the ways that help you rise again.
Think of it like the ocean—always moving, always changing. Some waves knock us down. Others carry us forward. My role is to remind you that you can float,
even when it feels impossible. And with time, you can learn to ride the waves with steadiness and hope.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You only need the courage to take one step—to reach out. From there, we’ll walk this path together, at your pace, with compassion and care guiding every moment.

3-Step Breathing Reset:
STEP
01
Notice
Sit comfortably. Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly. Just feel how your breath moves right now, without trying to change it.
STEP
02
Slow Down
Inhale gently through your nose for a count of four. Let the air fill your belly more than your chest. Hold that breath softly for two.
STEP
03
Let Go
Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of six. Imagine tension leaving with the breath.
